For a full minute, 5% of every point of damage you deal comes back to you as hitpoints.
- Works with every combat style — melee, ranged and magic alike
- PvM only, so PvP stays exactly as it is
- Eat another mid-rush and the timer resets to a fresh minute

- 1 in 50 from any boss
- 1 in 250 from anything else worth killing (combat level 20+)
- Faster still on the isle itself — the pumpkin patch is the best farm going
